Share what you lived, not advice. “What helped us was…”, never “You should…”.

One person speaks at a time. Interruptions aren’t possible, and that’s on purpose.

No real names, places or ways to find each other, during or after.

No judging
Nobody is scored or blamed. Not the other couple, not your partner.
When Venna isn’t the right place
Before your first match, each of you answers a few private questions. If your answers suggest that talking with strangers may not be safe or helpful right now, Venna doesn’t match you, and points you to people who can help. Your partner is never told why.

Report a session
- After a session: in the app, open “Sessions”, choose the session, then “Report”.
- During a session: “Report and leave” ends it for everyone, and your credit always comes back.
- A person reads every report within 24 hours. You can ask for a review of any decision.
